CHI (Community Health Infrastructure) Universe LLC is a minority-owned impact business, developing mixed-use real estate projects that bring together integrative health and wellness centers and a diversity of housing and commercial inventory.

We recognize that health— for individuals, communities, and the planet as a whole—cannot be achieved without equitable access to quality housing, workspaces, holistic health and wellness services, renewable energy, and sustainably produced food. We’ve created wrap-around solutions to help communities achieve long term resiliency in an ever-evolving world.

CHI Universe creates spaces of healing through the mixed-use redevelopment of historic buildings, which are often the sites of the industries which had profound and lasting negative impacts on society and the environment.

Through creative adaptive reuse of these historic buildings, CHI is able to create new affordable housing, office, and commercial real estate inventory, integrated with holistic healing facilities.

An integrative approach to health through innovative Wellness Centers.

CHI Wellness has spent years developing a team of integrative health practitioners, and designing a new kind of Wellness Center for residents and the community at large. Our focus is on reducing chronic stress and pain through proven therapies and amenities that increase nervous system regulation.
